PINNEGAR HAYWARD DESIGN LLP
On 1 June 2009 Pinnegar Hayward converted from a traditional partnership structure to a limited liability partnership (LLP), reflecting our commitment to the future as a forward-looking building consultancy.

SUSTAINABILITY AWARD
The West Midlands Fire Service HQ & Safeside was awarded RICS West Midlands Sustainability award in May 2009. The building was officially opened by HRH Duke of Kent in Spring 2009.

NEW PAVILLION
We have been appointed to prepare design proposals for a new pavilion and clubhouse in Sutton Coldfield. Four Oaks Saints Cricket Club selected Pinnegar Hayward Design after competitive interview in September.

BIRMINGHAM CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL
Works at BCH continue with the relocation of CAMHS and Wellcome CRF completed this summer. BCH have now also appointed the main contractor for the next phase of works for the Children’s Hospital extensions.

TELFORD COLLEGE REDEVELOPMENT

Designs are now complete for campus Masterplan and have been submitted to the LSC for an In Principle Application.

PROPOSALS FOR SCHEDULED ANCIENT MONUMENT
April 2008

GVA Grimley have appointed PHD to provide designs for the next phases of development at Chatterley Whitfield colliery, a scheduled ancient monument in north Staffordshire.

PHD appointed to design £50m college
January 2008

Telford College of Arts & Technology has commissioned PHD to conduct a feasibility study leading to a design and Application in Principle to the LSC for the rebuilding of much of the college campus.
