PHd acted as lead consultants/architects to provide a new iconic building in the regions premier industrial development site i54, North of Wolverhampton.

It provides Eurofins with a new Regional Centre containing 1840m² of laboratory facilities including; general and specialist laboratories and 915m² of office accommodation. This specialist laboratory is designed to allow the occupier to provide comprehensive services to food and agricultural industries, and is the start of Eurofins new investment cycle in the UK.
