Arjan has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with the last five working within the healthcare sector. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered projects with a combined value exceeding £150 million, demonstrating strong expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, and construction coordination.
His experience spans both new-build and refurbishment schemes, including proposed superstructure developments and extensions to existing buildings. To broaden his technical understanding and strengthen his practical knowledge, Arjan also worked on site, gaining valuable hands-on construction experience and a deeper appreciation of project delivery from conception through to completion.
Passionate about creating high-quality built environments, Arjan combines his technical expertise with a collaborative approach, enabling him to successfully contribute to complex projects across a range of sectors while maintaining a strong focus on quality, programme, and client outcomes.
Outside of work, Arjan has a keen interest in health and fitness and enjoys running, cycling, and regular gym training. He is also passionate about travelling, experiencing different cultures. In his spare time, he is undertaking the construction of a personal residential development, further reinforcing his enthusiasm for construction and property development both professionally and personally.
