Chloe joined PHD’s Healthcare team in 2025 as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, after completing her Masters at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. Her studies centred on community engagement and participatory design, with a particular focus on how local residents can transform vacant brownfield sites in areas of deprivation.
Before joining PHD, Chloe worked at a practice in Edinburgh, contributing to Build-to-Rent and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation projects. She also volunteered with her local Community Council, helping to design a Community Lounge and Arts Centre – a mass-timber building with a low embodied carbon footprint.
Outside of the studio, Chloe enjoys swimming, leading activities with her local Cub Scout group, and long-distance hiking. She recently completed the West Highland Way and is already planning her next adventure.
