Heath joined PHD’s commercial team in 2024, with a role that spans all aspects of project development – from planning applications to site meetings. With a focus on technical detailing, he has extensive experience navigating the challenges of planning and building regulations to deliver successful outcomes.
With over 25 years in the construction industry, Heath has worked on a wide variety of projects, ranging from high-end residential blocks in central London to a climate research station at the South Pole. Alongside his many years designing nursing homes and residential extensions, his adaptability allows him to turn his hand to almost any project. He thrives on problem-solving and is always keen to learn something new.
Outside of work, Heath has a long-standing passion for music, experimenting with different instruments and contributing to diverse projects, from performance art to film scores and installations. He is also an off-road and fell runner when his ankle allows, though his days of racing down the steep slopes of Snowdon are now behind him.
