Natalie joined PHD in 2022 after completing her RIBA Part 1 at Birmingham City University. She began her career in the industrial and commercial sectors, working closely with technicians to strengthen her technical ability, before transitioning into the healthcare sector. Since transitioning, Natalie has taken a key role in interfacing directly with clients and NHS Trust, leading discussions to deeply understand project briefs and ensure strategic, user-centric design decisions.
Her comprehensive skill set spans from detailed feasibility studies, spatial planning, regulatory compliance, and 3D rendering to ensure clients can visualize their proposals. Having recently completed her RIBA Part 2, Natalie is continuing her professional advancement by commencing her RIBA Part 3 studies this September.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys keeping healthy and staying active by attending regular gym classes, exploring new cultures through travelling, and caring for her cat. She also channels her creativity into painting and illustration, a talent she has nurtured since her school days.
