The new Automotive Engineering Facility consists of approximately 1500m² of provision, and includes state of that art service centre, engine test facility, storage, classrooms and ancillary accommodation.

Constructed adjacent to the college recently completed Discover Centre, the design compliments the buildings and landscape alongside. Constructed on sloping site where the lower part of the building is utilised for College stores, the development has used the site imaginatively to maximise the potential.

The development part funded by SFA is BREEAM Excellent rated.
