The new development completes the regeneration of a prominent corner plot within Daventry Town Centre to create a new mixed use development on the market square.

The project comprised a mixture of new build and conversions to form twenty one new houses and apartments, with an additional twelve apartments created with the conversion of an existing school building. There are also three retail units, which are incorporated into the scheme to face onto the market square.
