The project comprised an infill housing development within the conservation area of the walled town of Ludlow. A carefully considered design solution together with materials selected to compliment the site context by reference to adjacent modern housing and historical buildings nearby, were all assisted by accurate computer modelling of the building form and scale to achieve a successful planning application.

The scheme also utilised courtyard parking to the rear to give access to each dwelling together with small gardens on this tight town centre site.
