Following the successful delivery of their new-build £6.5m distribution centre on Torrington Avenue PHd were again engaged to revamp the Lawton Tube Company’s historic facility directly opposite.

In a live environment & through careful programming, production was maintained at full capacity throughout this technically challenging project that involved the complete over-cladding to the public facades of the building, wholesale replacement of the yard and parking areas, creation of new entrance lobby and internal alterations to the existing offices.

The result perfectly suits with the new building leaving no evidence of the historic structure behind.
