Working for BPrice Ltd, PHd secured planning permission and delivered the construction of four light industrial units on the former Alton Nurseries site in Bewdley, Worcestershire.
The development was completed to Cat A (shell-only) specification, with the architectural design carefully responding to its rural context. A considered colour palette and the use of timber fencing were incorporated to ensure the scheme sat sensitively within its surroundings, including neighbouring businesses and residential properties.
Utilising knowledge of the building and area gained during the construction, PHd has furthermore been engaged to deliver the Cat B fit out of 3 of the Units for a local gin distillery company.
