Chris has been a fully qualified chartered architect for 25 years and has a wealth of experience in a number of fields, in particular across residential, commercial, leisure, education and mixed-use schemes in both new build & refurbishment / extension and in heritage & conservation.
He has delivered projects from concept through to completion, developing outline proposals into full scheme designs, obtaining consents and managing contractors on site.
He is a qualified CDM Advisor under the CDM (2015) Regulations and has been a member of the APS for more than 15 years.
He has worked on a large number of listed buildings, including Grade II, Grade II*, Grade I and Scheduled Monuments, and has worked for clients ranging from Commercial Developers to HS2, a number of Local Authorities, Schools, Hospitals and Private Clients.
When not working he enjoys live music, mountain biking, dog walking, computer gaming, Lego and food & beer festivals.
