Meesha joined the PHD Healthcare team in August 2025 after completing her Masters in Architecture at Sheffield Hallam University, for which she achieved a Distinction and nominations for the RIBA Silver Presidents Medal, RIBA Yorkshire Student Awards and the SPA Part 2 Prize. Throughout her studies, Meesha deveped an interest in sustainable design, healthcare and architectural psychology, with a passion for exporing how buildings can be designed to provide benefits for end-users such as healing and improved mental health and wellbeing.

Alongside studies, and before joining PHD, Meesha gained three years of experience across RIBA Stages 0-5 in a range of sectors including Healthcare, Education, Industrial, Infrastructure, Civic, Commercial, Residential, Energy & Waste. Meesha’s skills and passions centre around feasibility studies and concept design, exploring opportunities to enhance patient experience and staff workflows within healthcare spaces in alignment with her interests, whilst engaging in creative forms of communication which includes the use of VR.

Outside of work, Meesha loves outdoor and immersive adventures with her friends and family. You’ll often find her exploring the Peak District or enjoying a cocktail in hidden bars and restaurants around the world!
