Following the successful delivery of 3 previous schemes, PHd were again commissioned by Matthew Clark to create a further new facility for this national drinks distributor in Bedford.
New Distribution Depot, Bedford
PHd operated as Architect and Principal Designer both pre and post novation, working with Quantum Construction as Contractor and Harold Whitehead & Partners as Development Manager. The 40,000sqft scheme was delivered on budget ahead of programme to facilitate a swift exit from an existing leased building. This was despite accommodating a 12m wide sewer easement.
