PHd were commissioned to undertake the detail design and construction stage of the £1.2m Fit Out for the Aer Lingus Gold Circle Lounge in Heathrow Airports recently opened Terminal T2A.

The fast track programme saw the Lounge be one of the first executive lounges to open in the £2.5 billion terminal. The Lounge features bespoke joinery and ceiling designs to meet Aer Lingus refit programme for their lounges all over the world. The design creates a luxurious feeling expected in an executive lounge with all the usual facilities, but is also flooded with light to create a welcoming, but calm and reflective environment.
