PHd produced several feasibility iterations to enable development appraisals to be fully considered and the site to realise its full commercial potential.

The final scheme consisted of 3 no. 20-30,000ft² shed development together with seven trade units of various sizes totalling over 100,000ft². The development was completed in 2015.

Such was the Commercial attractiveness of the scheme it was sold to Blackrock Investments well prior to completion.
