Completed in November the £1.4m ‘Innovative Product Development’ building for The University of Wolverhampton, in partnership with Paveaways Construction under a D&B Contract.
This flagship addition to the Telford campus further reinforces the University’s nationally recognised status within the field of specialized engineering.

Works included a 700m² extension and extensive alternations within the existing ‘SC’ Building. Project phasing was particularly complex, involving almost daily liaison to accommodate client needs as they continued to teach within the building & the broader context of the live campus.
