PHd worked with the Trust to transform the former Maternity Block into high quality office accommodation. The new agile working space has allowed the Trust to consolidate their administration functions and executive team at Sandwell as part of the wider Midland Met project.

The three floor of office accommodation includes; break out space, open plan offices, meeting space, wellbeing and gym facility.

The scheme was delivered on a fastrack programme to meet the trusts enabling works programme for the new hospital.
