The Practice were commissioned as Architects on this complete refurbishment project to create a new lettable office space of 1850m².

The project comprised the complete strip out of an existing office building and then installation of new raised floors, suspended ceilings, lights, power data, replacement of an existing 2 storey patent glazed sloping roof with new zinc covered roof, new toilets and refurbished core areas, new reception and portico and the overhaul and recladding of the entrance elevation together with a new glazed canopy to create a feature entrance.
