Pinnegar Hayward Design were appointed on the Framework Agreement over a seven year period, for both Architectural and Multi-Disciplinary Design Team services at the University.

Included within this was the complete refurbishment of 735 beds of the University owned student accommodation. This project was undertaken over a period of 3 years during summer vacation time and included a complete new fit-out, M&E and alterations to support facilities and infrastructure.
