The building forms the new main approach and entrance to the college campus and comprises 3000m2 of accommodation including; staff offices, conference suite and support facilities arranged over three floors.

The entrance is formed around a raised atrium with walkways connecting to the adjacent accommodation, all of which is accessed via the new piazza entrance. The use of landscape to the front and rear of the building was key to emphasising the buildings prominence within the campus.
