Working with Fusion BC and Seven Capital, PHd produced designs and planning drawings for a speculative industrial development of approximately 104,400 sq ft across two units at Prologis Park, Pineham, Northamptonshire. The project formed part of the wider 1.1 million sq ft Prologis Park development, with PHd appointed as part of the planning-stage team to improve density and site coverage on the existing consent.
In accordance with the colour palettes, materiality, and design guides established for the wider Prologis Park estate, PHd ensured the proposals fully complied with the site-wide requirements. The revised scheme delivered over 107,000 sq ft of new-build distribution warehousing and successfully increased site density from 33% to 48%, representing an uplift of approximately 34,000 sq ft over the previously approved scheme.
