The Practice was commissioned for the construction phase of this bespoke residential development which comprised two, three and four bedroom family houses and 6 No two bedroom apartments on the site of a former council garage. The apartments were specifically for occupant with learning and physical difficulties and also has associated overnight Occupational Therapy accommodation.

The external materials, grounds and finishes are all of a high quality to reflect the bespoke nature of the dwelling designs, which are intended to create a different environment to conventional social housing projects.
