The project comprised the conversion and renovation of Hillfield Hall, a Grade I listed sixteenth century residence and ancillary buildings, as part of a wider residential scheme.

The conversion of the hall has provided three new townhouses with unique features such as bathrooms and hallways within the circular towers of the original hall. Many original features have been retained, including the extensive external restoration of stonework. The ancillary buildings provided a further three houses again retaining existing features such as timberwork and fire places.
