Five new retail units built speculatively for the developer, on the site of a former dairy. The project consists of a terrace of the five units, located on a difficult slopping site, together with associated parking and service areas. The site is in a prominent location on a main trunk road into Birmingham.

The development secured planning permission after several years of difficult negotiations with authorities, mainly due to close proximity of existing housing.
