The new Dermatology Unit created by PHd opened in Winter 2015. The £2.0m project has seen the complete refurbishment of a redundant ward into a state of the art dedicated Dermatology Unit.

The design created by PHd, in collaboration with the Trust, provides a brand new clinical facility for the Dermatology Department. The project saw the conversion of a vacant first floor ward template into 1048m2 of contemporary treatment facilities including; consult rooms, light therapy, three skin procedure rooms, laboratory and teaching rooms. The new facility is a far cry from the Departments previously cramped and aged facilities.
