PHd were commissioned as part of a Design and Build Contract to provide single storey community centre within a recently completed housing development.

The facility included; full height internal badminton courts, complete with changing facilities to serve the outdoor five-a-side football pitches and tennis courts, all in Secure All Weather Pitches, which are floodlit throughout. A LEAP playground, complete with climbing and play equipment was a central feature of the external facilities. Works also included car parking, paths, drainage and extensive landscaping works.
