The project’s aim was to provide improved facilities for the growing student population and to also allow for community use and out-of-college activities.

The scheme therefore required careful planning to provide 3000m² of new accommodation which comprises; an international standard sports hall, covered all weather pitch linked to the hall, Fitness & Aerobics Suite, indoor and outdoor changing facilities and all the necessary teaching and support facilities including the Health and Beauty Department.
