Pinnegar Hayward Design were commissioned to create a new student plaza on the grounds of a demolished teaching block as part of our ongoing 20 year partnering relationship with the College.

The scheme saw the creation of a landscaped plaza offering connectivity between the adjacent teaching blocks with different areas for students to gather and socialise within the campus. The levels varied across the space which allowed different treatments to be employed to ensure the space complied with Part M of the Building Regulations and where appropriate the Equality Act.
